even indicated by results, yet conversely it's easily spotted on
rainy/windswept tracks.

There's a new official law that states what is normal and what is not in a
discussion?

And anyone who can give Ayrton Senna a good throttling gets a pint off me in
the pub any day.
I do tend to doze off when he speaks, but as a driver, he's been the best
British driver of recent years IMO.
cheers

I watched a CART round (Canada- Molson) and saw a bunch of yahoos punting
each other off the road in second rate machinery.
I watched the Daytona 400 NASCAR, and watched 40 or so anonymous 3rd rate
saloon cars trundling round (actual speeds may be high, but relative speeds
are almost identical- snorefest), sure they didn't stay in the same order,
big deal, I can watch cars overtake all day long on the M1 motorway, doesn't
make it exciting.
I watched the F1 Hockenheim race, and saw drama, e***ment, intrigue,
*real* racing, beautiful 1st rate racing machines...
The battle between the the two Bennettons and Alesi was great to watch, but
oh no, nobody succeeded in a pass, so it must have been boring. When passes
were made, it was done with skill and sheer balls, not just catching a
draft, or barging the other guy out of the way (NASCAR, CART respectively)
I'll take boring over crass any day in that case.
cheers

I don't disagree with the premise, but to my knowledge almost all F1 drivers
have come from wealthy (and I mean loaded) families in 1st world countries,
with infrastructure and support from pre-***age. I know you exagerate to
make a point, but I think it's too much of an exageration.
cheers

Given it's a "legal situation" that's reason enough for "no comment" from
either party.
Don't be sorry for HHF, most people who get sacked from their jobs don't
have a few million quid to wipe up their tears.

I noticed DGF also failed to address the facts that JPM's poor qualifying
form was due to a different tyre compound known to be poorer until worn in
properly.
