ust reinstalled TOCA 2, gets a error & wont run, TOCA 1, CMR & CMR 2 run as
does N3,NL, GP3 etc.
I only have the problem with TOCA 2, I ran the patch etc.

Even though the manual showed a 3 axis calibration screen in windows, I
could never get it to show up that way. Alway just a two axis with the
brake & throttle sharing an axis.
