GP3 - 2001 track pack?

Hi,
   I was wondering if there was a 2001 track pack for gp3
that could update all of my tracks to 2001 tracks.  I tried
gp3update2001 (one large file with all updates) but it made
the tires look really strange in wet weather!  I have 2001
cars and gp3xpatch. (really cool with new pit sounds)
