Need a little help,

i cant seem to get GP2 track handler to work, I have downloaded
vbrun500 (hope thats VB5 runtime) where do I put it? Windows/system?

i cant seem to download a bunch or tracks, Toronto and Laguna Seca
especially.  If anybody feels like sending them to me let me know
