Just wondering if anyone would send me a couple tracks my track pack disks are damaged and I had to remove nascar from my hard-drive and I can't get my disks to work!!!
Please help!!

you'd know it comes on CD.

Josh,

The track pack is available only on CD-ROM in stores. Maybe Sierra can
replace
your damaged disks. I remember seeing a card in the box if you wanted disks
rather then the CD-ROM. Did you have to send in your CD-ROM?

When it first came out, I believe there were two versions. I believe
it's also available on disks, just VGA only, like the Disk version of
NASCAR Racing. My suggestion for this guy would be to call
Papyrus/Sierra and talk to them. I'm sure if he sent in the originals
or something, they would help him out.

By the way I did Go out and buy the track pack. But there is just one problem
I currently am trying to run a season on the NASS 96' circuit and by the
time I returned my disks and got new ones my season would be over.

Actualy since I had both the floppy and cd versions I'd send you the
disks if I could find them :( (That would work too since both are paid
for)

Well, if you bought NASCAR in it's first year or so, the track pack
didn't come on the CD because it wasn't out yet. The inclusion of the
track pack with the NASCAR CD is a new thing. Jeez, does everyone think
everyone else has a pirated copy?

In it's first year or so, the Track Pack did come on a cd, I have it....

Nice try. NOT! First of all, the Track Pack comes on CD, not
floppies. So you obviously don't have it. Second, no one in their
right mind is going to send you copyrighted software for nothing,
especially when they paid around $30 for it. (Besides the fact that
it's illegal, of course)

As far as I remember it only available in stores on CD, but my box did come
with information about obtaining a version on floppies directly from
Papyrus. Perhaps that's how he got it.

You are right, NASCAR did not come with the track pack originally. It came on a SEPERATE CD, not
diskette. If this guy says he has the track pack on diskette, he is full of sh**. You really
should read and try to understand the original post before you try and reply.

Not trying to propogate an attempt-at-piracy thread, but my Track Pack
came on floppies. At the time I didn't have a CD-ROM installed on my
computer so unless they came on floppies I'd encounter some difficulty
installing the new tracks.
