That's what I was thinking. From the description, it SOUNDS deliberate.
Viewing the replay, it would probably LOOK deliberate, too. Not saying it was,
but I think people can see why the victim would think so.

A 'technical issue' that causes a wreck online isn't related to the skill of
the driver. He may have ALREADY learned offline...

Absolutely no 4 letter words... I am a strong christian... also they
have a block those "bad words" anyways :)

they have just gone too far... are WILL NOT work with me at all

I will post some of the papy emails... I already deleted some I
received from a N4 Forum Moderator... those were very rude too

the autochat functions I use VERY frequently... however, as I
mentioned..the leaders were coming so fast... I had a late reaction
which made me unable to hit the correct autochat "pass high" key... i
just dove low ASSUMING the leaders would all keep high down the
backstretch as the racing line IS at Lowes. oh well :(

will someone please post all of those emails from myself and the papy
manager to the Nascar 4 Forum on the www.papy.com website.... (they
banned me there too)

i want those people that race online to see them too for a few
reasons... one being to stay away from those papy servers or they make
ban you just on suspision and I think everyone needs to see how they
react when they ban someone.

still have the replay if anyone is interested.... its 2.6mb

After reading your account everything you said happened would have looked
exactly like an intentional wrecker and would have been reported by just about
anyone involved in it

Let's see. You're driving high on the track, see the leaders coming up, so
you decided to cut across the track right in front of them, pretty much taking
the leader out. Never mind the fact he raced on without damage.

Then, a few laps later, you say you bounced off a wall and cut right across
the track in front the very same car you had just about taken out a few laps
later.

Sorry, but if I were reviewing the replays and saw this kind of behavior on
the track from you, I'd have banned you too. Looks exactly like the behavior
of a wrecker. Looks just like some of their tactics. Makes no difference
that there was no wreck, as you tell us. It's going to look like an
intentional wrecker trying to do his stuff.

Is it bad business for Papy to start banning wreckers? Let me ask you this,
is it bad business for Papy to continue to let wreckers make the game
unplayable and thus, unenjoyable for everyone else out there that isn't there
to wreck people?
