Ya know I have said that all along...
also...
they could give just ban from the papy servers
they could ban you for a week (on month at a time) with a warning
issued first
they could fix the freakin rating system to work like it was designed
to keep wreckers out. They have a field for Incidents Caused... if
it was calculated right... it would keep the wreckers away from the
real drivers
they could simply reset their individual ratings back to zero and make
them start all over again..
of course they don't list to our ideas guys... they make too much
sense
