The Fiat 600 Abarth is the hardest 'Sim' car I've ever driven (tried
to drive) it makes the Lotus in GPL look like a pussycat!

I have a 3 year old computer , 500MHz PIII with a ATI Rage 128 GL AGP
card. It appears that the card is not direct x compatible (or the drivers
aren't).

've the GPL "basic" CD assembly (no track or car updates etc.)
installed on a following PC:
- AMD Duron 800@1050 (no overheating metered)
- ATI Radeon VE 32 w/ DirectX 8.
ince the rumors have already started flying about a March 02 release
(yeah right)... what would everybody like to see in N5?

verything happening nicely with Win2k so far, seems a shitload better
than win 98, but one big problem - Saitek aren't putting any drivers
out for my wheel to support win 2000 or XP :(
play F1 2001 with Logitech FF wheel on Win98SE & DX8a.
In spite of setting 0 deadzone of X axis in option menu, I feel there is
still "little" deadzone.
know the following to be true. If you try to show more than 25
cars in front of you in a Multiplayer race your throughtput will
eventually become unacceptable no matter what it was to start
keep getting pole at Monza, beating the next guy by at least 2 seconds (even
on hard). I usually hit the curb and drive right through the chicane in a
relatively straight line.

f you are, I was in PC world Fulham just by the Wandsworth bridge today and
they had 2 copies on the shelves, Sierra originals in boxes not the DVD ones
