Hmm. NASCAR 5 in March 2002, GPL '72 in September '02. Let me be the
first person to suspect that NASCAR 5 will in fact be followed by
NASCAR 6, 7, 8...

2 season will be '82. Of course this is just a rumor I heard and could be

That was probably one of the worst years of F1, ground effects and turbos
had started to take over. The tracks & cars were horribly unsafe
(Villeneuve, Paletti killed, Pironi paralysed), there was a pitched battle
between the car owners and the ruling body, the season started with a
drivers strike, teams boycotted some races, there was an alternative series
started.....

Ugly year, I hope not.

In 1982 you had both normally aspirated and early turbo engines, and no less
than 7 teams won races that year. Sounds fun to me!!

Seriously, I thouth the official *** theory of r.a.s. is the
Geoff Crammon is David Noonan or vice versa :)

Having met David Noonan in real life, UK last summer, also present was
Jan Kohl and Stuart Brown from "The Pits", we shared a couple of beers
and I asked him if this was true, he said so himself, so I wouldn't call
this a theory, it's a fact.......
