I am looking for an "at home" simulator / pod.  I have the pc/wheel.

There are 2 that I know of-

Thanks,

Well, there's also a selection at:

and for a more minimalist approach,

No doubt there are others.

or

Add this one to your list, it is awesome and quite easy to build even for an
amateur - i.e. me :)

All the best,
Ash

www.virtualroadster.com (I think... if that's not correct do a web
search on virtual roadster) has a list of links to this sort of thing.

Why choose a pod when you can get all the feel in a real racing seat and
still use the computer as usual by just removing your wheel? Check out

Beyond being a race chair on a desk chair base, what does this offer?
It's still going to roll around on you when you press on the pedals like a
desk chair does, not the proper height or angle, doesn't address pedal angle
issue.
It might be a cool chair but I don't see what makes it any better than an
desk chair.

Well, first off, locking casters are available but not listed on the site
yet.  Second the chair does recline to any angle and height you desire to an
extent.  Third the whole concept behind it, is you still maintain an
operating computer for things other than racing.  Plus they look cool as
hell sitting behind any computer desk.  But all sim pods and sim chairs have
one thing in common and that is to enhance the experience of sim racing.  No
battle about it though.  Choices make the world go round :-)
