I don't know where else to put this idea. But r.a.s. is well known in the sim world, right?
I think it would be very cool if out laps were timed for online races.
orgive me if this question has been asked before, but:
I heard something a while back about Papyrus/Sierra working on a CART 3 sim
based on the GPL engine.

irst off, when I try to join/host a race on spyboy (beta 2 version,
patched, with gpl 1.103) the game starts, but before i get to the main menue
it bumps me back to the desktop.

lthough i am a Grandprix Legends freak, i have to admit that GP500 is
pretty good. It took some time before i could go fast, but now, racing
againt the AI is very exciting.
Ubisoft's F1 Racing Simulation. Will pay fair price. It has been
discontinued by the manufacturer.
