GPL 1.4 - An Idea for Online Racing

I don't know where else to put this idea. But r.a.s. is well known in the sim world, right?

I think it would be very cool if out laps were timed for online races. Simply because I tend to end up late to a lot of practice sessions. The out laps could be timed from pit out to start/finish and those results could be placed after the on track times. So if I show up late but manage to get a lap in I will start in the most appropriate grid position and hopefully avoid a bit of the carnage at Eau Rouge. :-)

Speaking of the ring, doesn't it suck when you come around on the last lap of qualifying (1st hotlap) and get a clock smash as you come around the final bend and find out the lap wasn't counted?  That really pisses me off.

At the Ring, I moved the pitstalls backwards so that they are all
behind (or in front of?) the start/finish line.
So, everyone leaving the pits will do a timed lap (similar to Monza
and Watkins Glen).

I changed the pitstalls in the track.ini.

This one here should work well for single training mode and online
races (is used on the GPL server I run sometimes).
But some AI cars collide sometimes in the pitlane, and are not able to
qualify, as they apprently retire from qualifying afterwards.
Somebody who knows might improve the pitlane driving of the AI.

Also included is a 1x1 starting grid and the pitboard on the back
straight, as in 1.1
