I changed the pitstalls in the track.ini.
This one here should work well for single training mode and online
races (is used on the GPL server I run sometimes).
But some AI cars collide sometimes in the pitlane, and are not able to
qualify, as they apprently retire from qualifying afterwards.
Somebody who knows might improve the pitlane driving of the AI.
Also included is a 1x1 starting grid and the pitboard on the back
straight, as in 1.1
