Processor speed is the bottleneck here. Most of the time your V2 cards are
sitting on their hands waiting for data from the CPU. Sorry to say, but having
two of them is not going to help without the raw horsepower of a faster CPU. The
Celeron at 464 is doing a much better job of utilizing a single card, hence the
higher frame rates. I've been down this road myself, albeit with a single V2
card, and there is no substitute for processor speed.
