GPL Track Manager v2.5.0 not working after reloading GPL...

I had to move GPL from one HD to another.  I loaded GPL to the 'C' drive from
the GPL cd, then copied my saved updated GPL with 89 track.  Now the Track
Manager v2.5.0 program does not work.  Do I have to start all over and load all
the add on tracks to the new GPL in order for Track Manager to work?  Or is
there something else I can do to make it work?
