Can anyone help me with a link to this utility. Ive heard it means I wont be
limited to 64 tracks in GPL, but cant seem to find it anywhere.

You can find it at Bruce Johnson's site in the "Other Peoples Stuff"
section. Scroll down about 1/3 of the way down the page to Raymond Geering's
Track Manager.
