improvement over the past versions because it now allows you to edit both
GP.INI and 67Season.INI, making it easy to control the tracks in "World
Champ" and "Single Race", now you don't have to sacrify any of the previous
two to keep track of the INI entries
for all the tracks because the program will create a full list of tracks in
a new file.
