Well, Micheal Carver and Eric T. Busch have both disavowed having
anything to do with making you leader.
Really, this entire thread is silly. This is an unmoderated group on the
internet, so nobody is going to lead it anywhere.
There are basically two kinds of threads on this group: Very
informative, technical posts about a particular topic, which are usually
fairly short, and which threads usually end quickly, as soon as the
topic is covered.
And: Long, meandering, off-topic posts, which are usually concerned with
people and their opinions of each other.
This thread (and pretty much any thread I have seen with the name
ymenard involved) belong to the second group.
And now I seem to find myself stuck in one of these silly threads.
Oh well...

Aren't you breaking some kind of French law about French language

Your country is awfully silly sometimes...

Sheeesh, I didn't realize my post would be taken so seriously. It was
written with tongue in cheek. Sorry if I truly offended anyone including
Ymenard. I was just jumping on what initially appeared as a not so
serious bashing of him. Sometimes these newsgroups get a bit dull and
these threads (flames) liven things up. I could care less if YMenard
wants to proclaim himself Grand Poobah. Sorry Franck.

Well Franck, the only hassle you should be getting about your
nationality is that we beat you at football last night :)
But seriously, I think it's unfair that you get so much crap, and that
we should stop this fascist shite ASAP.

Someone obviously sent this clown an email making him the leader and signed
it by 'the top 15 simracers' and he bought it. Come on. Who did it? Fess

What exactly _have_ you done to make sim racin better?

The only things I've seen is you being more than willing to help out

Franck--

You made your point about 30 posts ago. This may be an unmoderated
newsgroup, but your language is intolerable, and your attitude is a
close second. You log on through an ISP, and I will personally report
you to WorldNet if you don't knock this off.

If you want to have a flame war, have it through private email.

Just some friendly advice.

Well good, if you both hate it so much I guess we won't be seeing much
of you then. Unless you think Usenet is a sewer but still prefer to
spend your time there? If so you have decidedly odd taste.

You'll have to excuse me but I have little patience for people with
such short fuses that they take absolute, moral, outraged offense at
the tiniest of slights (ESPECIALLY in Usenet, where the slights and
flames are usually much stronger than anything in this thread - get a
little perspective whydon'tcha?). Given all the real, important things
there are in this world to be offended about, I find your (and
Franck's) reactions here almost comical.

Well, now the "mature ***" is referring to us as little kids.  Wow,
what a bunch of leadership.

By the way, if you want to reduce the flaming on USENET, then just
dissapear and all of it will come to a halt.
