I'm pretty sure no yellows is not a solution to the underlying problem.

I agree with Jan.... the flags isnt the problem - the driving is...
How about we adapt the "no passing until back-straight on restarts" rule ??
Lots of leagues use this rule and there has to be a good reason for it :-)
