Known bug? I don't think so.
So your saying that at Spa if you spin at Eau Rouge you'll be credited with
a lap time of about 3 seconds?
I haven't had this experience yet (the 3 second lap time, not the spin at
Eau Rouge ;-)). Perhaps I misunderstood.
