GPL: world championship. timing bug?

doing a world championship in gpl 1.1, finished 1st at zandy (yippee!)
about 5 secs ahead of brabham, but, in the newspaper sheet, brabham
was placed 1st, 0.75 secs.  ahead of me. what's going on????

anyone else experienced this?   is this a bug in the patch?  

i want my 3 points back!!!!
