Everytime I run the GPL demo,my computer locks up 3/4 through
the 2nd lap. Up until this point,the demo runs smooth as silk. I'm
running a P166 with 48 MB of ram,a Diamond Seath 3d 3000 and a Diamond
Monster 3dfx accelerator. Anyone have any suggestions.

The same thing happened to me and I found out that my screensaver was
interfering with the demo. The game would hang every five minutes.

Always at the same moment exactly ???
You got to disable your screensaver before playing, or uncheck the
"allow screensaver" in the properties of your GPL shortcut.
