GPL/win2000 system crash!

by Vintoo » Sat, 22 Apr 2000 04:00:00

I just installed win2000 and put GPL on it. I have a voodoo3 3000 and
installed the win2000 liveware. When I start the game I get the 3dfx splash
screen and then the screen resets to black and the system stops/crashes so I
have to reboot. Has anyone gotten GPL to work on w2k with a voodoo3 3000? If
so is there some option I have to check in the display properties?

I got the newest W2K drivers from 3dfx web, then used the George Smiley glide2x
patch. Now GPL runs great in W2K, with LWFF and SB Live!
