GPL Joystick problem

by dreme.. » Mon, 01 Mar 1999 04:00:00

I'm currently using a Suncom F-15 Talon joystick with GPL and find
that it not only tends to drift right, but that when I apply slight
leftward pressure it ever so slightly jumps right before turning left.
This has made GPL almost impossible to play. Steering linearity  is
set to non-linear.
Has this happened to anyone else, or is my joystick screwy?
I've used it in ICR2 and Flight Unlimited 2 without similar problems.
This joystick has no trim adjustment wheel.

That sounds like your pots  (potentiometers) are on the way out...

These are the little "sensors" that detect the wheel / pedal / stick
movement...  You probably need to replace them.....

BUT.. I don't know how to sorry..   call TM or email them. find out...
