Did you see what you started with your post?
I think it's time somebody should inform guys at Papyrus about this thread! I
myself don't have any addresses of thos guts but I'm sure somebody out here
does.

I agree absolutely with you on this one. These dedicated, talented
people do some great work, and are obviously very good at what they do.
People should stop moaning and whining, and give some well deserved
praise to those that have contributed to all things GPL.
If some people don't like GPL, or have some other beef with the people
that brought us GPL, there are other, more construtive ways of getting
thier message across, besides negative whinging.
These creative and resourceful people have kept GPL alive, and
interesting, and thier continual improvements via patches, utilities and
add-ons will ensure GPL is around for a long time yet, as other great
sims were also (and still are) around for years.
Thank you, many, many thank you's. You and your work *IS* appreciated.

I knew I could get in on this thread from another angle and provoke a
reaction :-)
GPL is the greatest PC sim produced to date....period
MS
GPL has brought the nearest I'll probably get to being a race driver,
the amount of hours and enjoyment it has brought me its just
undescribable. In fact, at first I never thought many people would
actually buy this game and stick with because of the level of
difficulty involved. I thought at some stage, (living in London,
England) that I wouldn't probably be able to find 10 people out there
that even new what GPL was. I thought I must be the only one around
here playing it, but all that changed since I found this newsgroup. I
could then say to myself it was normal to isolate myself from the
world for hours on end driving a virtual car, and at the end feel as
if I had actually been in a real race. This wasn't just "a pc game",
this was definitely a simulator. No other "sim" could have that term
attributed to it in the same sense. Absolutely awesome. THANK YOU!
Also all the web sites that have provided the GPL community with so
much as to make the game so much more enjoyable and realistic THANK
YOU. KEEP IT GOING PLEASE.

Thanks and keep developing. I enjoyed ICR and N2 a great deal, but GPL
is so much more interesting. At least one reason I am buying NL is to
plow some money into the organization that gave me so much fun. Use my
NL money to build a GPL sequel.
