VROC for GPL...why not N2 or N1999?

Alrighty, I have been running VROC for about a week now, and love it to
death. This is what I had always wanted with Nascar 2 when I had it (long
story). Now that GPL is able to do it, why not do it for N2 and N1999 as
well?  I imagine that it couldnt be THAT hard...

Please, this would be so great for those that don't want to pay over TEN.

N2 and N1999 do not support TCP/IP.  Yes, it is THAT hard.
