The other Sims have to be smart enough to look for secondary controllers
and not just the first one, I tried SCGT and NFS4/HS neither saw my
T2 pedals, only my Logitech wheel and it's pedals.
So for those type of less controller "smart" sims you would have to use
the Logitech pedals, or you can do what I did which was to take the
Logitech wiring that went into the Logitech pedals and instead wire it
into my old T2 pedals, not a very difficult thing to do and only took
about 15mins.
Then you have a great Logitech FF wheel with T2 pedals combo that works in
any sim.
