NASCAR on a 386?

by Benedict Ritchie ( » Sat, 18 Mar 1995 05:22:50

Just got a demo of Nascar the other day, and thought I'd have a
look at it on my 386sx-33 (just for a laugh, really), and kind
of to my surprise it runs fine with detail off - better than
Indycar in fact. Has anybody tried running the full game on
a 386, as if it runs as well as the demo I'll get it. I can
live without the fancy graphics etc for the moment, and it's
just the playability I'm interested in. Does it slow down with
a lot of cars on the track, like Indy?

Thanks for any help.
