Nope. Nascar99 is an upcoming release using the Nascar2 engine. It will
include updated tracks and the Nascar Craftsmen Truck series.

Nascar3 will now called Nascar 2000 so N3 and N2000 are the same. It is
to use the GPL engine.

Nascar 3, and Nascar 2000 are the same title. Nasacar 99 is an updated version
of Nascar2

Nascar Racing 99 should not be confused with Nascar 99, which
is an EA Sports title for the Playstation.
