Is someone making an "installer package" for this mod?  Hopefully, one of
the creators since they understand best the procedure.

And, is the a definitive website/forum for info on tweaks and hacks while
this mod is under beta test?

From what I can tell from screenshots, comments here and on the HG Forums,
this work looks like awesome stuff.  My congrats to the creators.  I'm still
not sure who they are....but maybe a detailed hunt of the "ModFactory"
website will reveal that.  Is no one at EA Sports raising hell over this?
Or, are they helping (since it spurs sales of F1-2001) since it means they
don't have to "license" all the cars for the mod?

Regards,

Tom

and is there a way to "toggle" it on and off ?

like a small util which you would run before the game and use it to select
if you want F1 or GT....

Thx

Txl....

I think if you look below, you'll find a post regarding a config.ini
modification that essentially provides this feature.

Simbin.com would probaby be the place to go to.

I'm just glad people here at r.a.s are finally trying this mod. Four days
ago I started a "Why No F12001 GT Mod Discussion?" Seems to have taken off
the past few days.

Where are the other 18 to 39 drivers?
We are running 3 online divisions in the TPTCC cuz we can only get 21 online
with a Fat-Server connection.  3 to 5 online just seems so tiny and small
nowadays.  I could get 4 player Doom on a special bbs years ago.  Why can't
we get even double digit fields?
GT4 is claiming online abilities...I hope that means MORE than what F1
2001 can do.  With Papyrus sims able to handle 30+ drivers, this kind of
effort is pathetic.
The CART sim using the F1 2001 engine should have NO FIA multiplayer
mandated restrictions...if that can't handle a full online field, then I
have no desire to even test it.
