Multiple Contollers in GT Mod v2 (F1-2001)?

I have TSW2 Pedals, Logitech Momo Wheel, and RS Shifter.  Can someone direct
me as to how I would get these to work with GT Mod ver. 2?  I just picked up
F1-2001 yesterday for $19 as Best Buy and I've never run it.  First thing I
did was install the Mod.  I don't have a problem seeing all devices in
control panel.  I configured my TSW2 pedals as a 3 Axis 0 Button, and made
sure I didn't waste any resources on the Momo by selecting Single Axis for
the pedals on that controller.  I just don't see where I can select more
than one controller in F1-2001!?  Do you need AL Shift to use the RS Shifter
as well?

Any help would be appreciated!

It doesn't matter if you can see all 3 devices in the control panel or
not, I think F1 2001 only sees "2" devices.
