SB Live good for GPL?

What can SB Live do better than lets say SB16 ( which I currently have )? Is
it's game port good? I heard it is digital. I have ACM Game port and if SB
Live's game port isn't better than ACM what are the arguments for buying SB
Live? Better frame rate , sound quality?
I don't do music or stuff like that, but I'm into sims.

10x,

Well I just got it installed and so far it doesn't sound much different. I
already had 4 speakers which I could balance etc with a home made control box.
As for the fps difference I really didn't have a problem with that

but the steering may be a bit smoother. Not worth the money IMO.

Just wondering what the Live was an upgrade from...I have a CL Ensoniq
AudioPCI and have no complaints about the sound quality, but was
considering the Live.
