| Uh, I'm not that desperate to feel young again :-)
|
| Not that I'm all that old in the first place, just feels like it right
| now, but yeah, that's the basic idea, but you have to lose the "wanna"

No.

Thanks for all replies to my "Castaway" questions -- glad to see Goy,
Eldred, Andre, Uncle Fester, Dave Henrie, and (oh, what the hell!)
Frankie Menard still keeping the faith. Sorry to hear Bruce has left the
mix.

I'm probably the only person in the NG who hasn't bought NHeat, but with
all these carsets, I guess I'll have to do it.

I gather no one knows much about the putative GPL2, though I for one
would much rather see 1970-72 than '82 -- Tyrrells, Ferrari 312Bs,
Matras, Marches, the last of the semi-functional BRMs, Lotus 72s and
that lot -- but that's only because I'm old, and think real motorsport
died right around that time, never to be seen on this earth again
(except for WRC!).

Don't know his email addy offhand, but I know he does hang in the Train
Simulator crowd now.  Just as another oldtimer does, Marc Nelson.

Things get slower as we age... and our toys get bigger.
