It's not related to disk-cache, as some have implied, since I
see absolutely no disk activity when it happens.
Running a Duron 700, 128MB RAM, V3000 (4.12.01.0666), SBLive!,
LWFF, DirectX7a.

Going to try playing with the graphic details next and see what
happens, although I'm not sure it will do anything. The FPS stay
relatively high (40+) when the stutter occurs.
