Numerous and large thank yous (somehow that doesn't look right) to
Papyrus/Sierra for continuing to support their software and therefore
us, the GPL community. Unprecedented! Ubisoft could learn a thing or two
here....

Of course you guys at P/S realize you could mop the floor with every
contemporary F1 sim on the market if you put your talents/$s to
it...8^)...just a thought...

Obviously you haven't tried N4 yet. You are right on about long term
support, but since papy really does this for GPL I have to wonder if this
isn't someone's baby (so to speak) and they are doing it for themselfs as
much as anyone else.

IIRC, we got the D3D patch for GPL because one of the GPL developers
wanted to play GPL on his new GeForce card. I believe they're taking
care of themselves first, but I'm REALLY glad they choose to share
with the rest of us! <G>

Seriously, though: can anyone imagine the likes of UbiSoft doing
*this*? They'd probably slap a "cease & desist" order on themselves for
releasing a non-approved addon...

Oh well, looks like I'll be buying some un-needed extra Papy products
now :-)

I've always liked Papy's titles from day one and I thought Sierra might
"stifle" their support to the customer and how well the can work under
gun? Damn I'm glad I was wrong! :-) I thought Papy/Sierra was good
before! Well now they really have went over the top of the best of the
