is ther a fix for pentium4 for nascar 4 or anything else for that combo

You mean like that 'CPU-fix' for GPL?

If so... no fix is needed....

 - AFAIK, the reason the GPL-fix got released in the first place... was
because Papy had to cure this problem when developing N4!   Then it was just
a matter of applying the same code or fix to GPL.... which is why the
CPU-fix was released so quickly
