N4 crash fix for Turtle Beach sound card users

Not sure how many people are having this problem, but I fixed my N4 crash
problem by disabling the Direct Sound on my Turtle beach Montego II A3D
sound card.  Do this as follows:

Settings<Control panel<TBS Montego II Audio<A3D Settings<Disable DirectSound

The problem I had was I could race for about 5 minutes than N4 would crash
and return me to the Desktop.  This was stressing me out last night but I'm
pumped now!!
