F1RC patch out on the 20th?

OK, nothing new, a patch has slipped a bit past its 'due' release date, but
the last I heard was that the FIA had approved the patch (or something like
this) and it would be due out on the 20th Apr. Anyone know the latest, as I
really want to have a decent race without being taken out by the AI!?

Anyone have a list also of the fixes (apart from the AI)?
