Has anyone got the nocd patch from Gamecopyworld working yet? It looks like
the same file as installed from the original CD to me and it still asks for
the CD to be inserted!

UK game and UK version of no CD patch.

Is the NoCD file you've got dated 9 March 17:13 and 2.44Mb in size?
This one from GCW just doesn't work for me - it still comes up with the
'Insert Game CD' message.

There are two "fixed .exe" patches on the net. One of them will let you play
it without the cd. Mine works fine. I can e-mail it to either of you if
you'd like.

Thanks Dave, I would appreciate it because I'm very confused. I have 2
versions from the net, one from GCW and the other from a site I found from
the F1RC High Gear forum and neither work without my CD in place!

I have a french F1RC and the UK/US/GER patch on GCW works fine, the game has
been changed to english but who gives a *** anyway ?

point is, the patch works...

strange, did you dl the crack another timen just in case it got corrupted in
the first try ?

Yep, I was sent by email the exe and it was the same as the one I got from
GCW.
Still doesn't work.
