I'm hoping to pick up a LWFF wheel soon, and want to use it with GPL
1.2.  My question is, how to activate FF in GPL 1.2?  From what I recall
reading here, I think there's an ini file I would need to edit?

I couldn't find anything about it in the readme file for the patch.
