Can't calibrate wheel NASCAR 2002 Demo

Heading pretty much says it.  Logitech Wingman Formula Force will not
calibrate.  The game does not see it.  All looks well in Windows controller
setup.  Works great with N4.  Any ideas drop a line.  Thanks.

  If it works like most other Papyrus products, you probably have to choose
the directX option for controller calibration and NOT the Papyrus optimized
one.  Should be two checkboxes on the controller options page.  Try both and
see which works,  for me and my old LWFF in N3 & N4, I had to use the DX
version.

I made a new profile but it didn't work.  I have tried both check boxes the
Directinput and the generic input.  Neither one works.  I have the latest
drivers for the wheel also.  I fired up N4 just to make sure things were ok,
and sure enough it ran fine.  I've tried split and combined axis.  Keep the
suggestions coming.  Thanks.
