I just downloaded F1 2002 demo and wandering if GTR 2002 will work on that
demo.

Nope, looks like it does not work.

When I run the shortcut, I get the following error: Runtime error 53. File
not found.
Any Idea?

Change your desktop from 32bit to 16bit or vice-versa. That is one of
the things that 'should' be fixed soon with a patch.
