F1 2002 - no 2002 updates on Montreal!

F1 2002 doesn't have any of the 3 main 2002 changes to the Gilles Vileneuve
circuit, i.e. the pit lane merging after the first corner, pulling the
hairpin further up, and changes to the layout at the last corner.
Oh well... ho hum.
