Haq....
I agree with your assessment that the cars are too "grippy!" However, the
"race car" driver in me just giggles all over the place driving this
mod....since I, and my entire race team......spends every waking hour
practically, trying to figure out a setup that will be that "hooked up!"
You know? So as a driver.....its just a blast to drive these cars.
However, that's not totally realistic since you can't get your real race car
that "hooked up"....but about one race per life time!
I have been running the corvettes almost exclusively....about 4 to 5 hours
track time at Australia. I only have a total of an hour or so in all the
other cars combined.....a situation I hope to rectify over this weekend, if
possible. However, I did find that lowering the terrain.ini "dry" setting
to .90 helped get the vette sliding better through the high-speed
turns....but only when really pushing the car at 9/10ths or
higher......which is not very realistic either. I want to work on this a
bit more.....but won't have the time until Sunday. My guess is that this
"terrain.ini" setting only modifies the tire friction coefficient....so that
is the better place to work on the tire grip.....but is that the only place?
All in all....this "mod" if you can call it that...its more like a
completely new sim......is just awesome!

Tom
