Voodoo3 AGP & Diamond Stealth II S220

I just built a new computer with a PIII 550, Abit BE6-II MB and Voodoo3 3000
AGP video card, 128MB RAM, Windows98 SE.  I would like to be able to still race
my Cart Racing sim (ICRII) with the Diamond Stealth II S220 Rendition card
(PCI). I tried switching to the PCI video card in the ABIT BIOS, and changing
the cable to the Stealth card, but I don't get anything past the desktop as it
locks up.  

Anyone know how to do this?
