Has anyone experienced problems going round the Mirabeau (the section just
before the tunnel)?
I'm using CH Flightstick PRO and pedals which are fine on every other
circuit.
I've set steering angle to max 25, but still can't get round without hitting
the wall!
Any ideas?

You must take this the following:

Go down to Loews coming gear 1-2-1 almost standstill, corner Loews, get down
to the corner in 1/2  take the corner in 1 and accelerate down the tunnel.
You can't take the corner before the tunnel faster than gear 1 or low 2.

German Mark V Panther tank knock out three M4 and three M5 tanks during and
after being hit by at least fif*** rounds of 75mm APC from a distance of
approximately 700 yards. All of these shells had ricochetted, with the
exception of a six***th round which finally put the Mark V Panther out of
action." Sgt. Thomas P. Welborn, Germany's Panther tank, the quest for

Iain,
I drive with a GP1 wheel and while you do have to go slow the car will
certainly turn. There is one thing I can think of to try. I know the
stick uses a wide deadband at center so the car (or aircraft) wont be
all the place at center. Have you tried to short-calibrate the stick? In
other words don't move the stick all the way to the right and left in
Win95 calibration routine. It may work, it may not, easy to try.
Best of luck, all the best, Mike Davis

Thanks Mike, it worked! I short calibrated, and now I can turn in!
Thanks a lot.

Is it the steering lock? or are you getting lots of understeer?

If it's understeer you want to increase front grip, and/or reduce rear
grip, by adjusting any or all of the following.....

Front and rear wings (increase front/decrease rear)
Springs (increase front/decrease rear)
Brake balance (increase rear bias)

Also check that you are not simply driving too fast? and that your
Flightstick is calibrated properly?
