Sound is coming from my 4 speakers when opening the game (during intro) but
it is not when running the game. I use a SoundBlaster 128-PCI sound card.
Anyone can help?

Have you tried the latest drivers from Creative? That worked for my SB PCI64.

I had the same problem and got the new Drivers for my 128 and it
didn't help. I found out that there was a patch for the sim and
installed it and the rear speakers started working great. Try out the
new patch from UBI after you get the new sound drivers installed...
