I just got the patch for F1 from EA sports. It really helps the game
out.(because it needed it) Also you must have 128ms of ram.Turn off all
background programs.Remove all icons from bottom right task tray.
Ctrl+alt+delete wil not turn your computer off but will bring up your
running programs. You only need systray,the controller your using and (sorry
I cant think of the other one) running.click on it and end task. doing this
will be the only way to run this game or any other games as well
properly.Also to get to your deskduring game play.hit altt+tab. This will
bring any running game to your desktop if you need to tweak any
settings.Repeat to go back to game. But be warned on big games some***
ups will occur but this is a windows shortcut for multitasking.I hope this
