Gateway came in the BGN expansion pack for Nascar2.  You need the N2-ICR2
converter to get it for ICR2.  Email me if you need help.

Yep.  You can convert it from the N2 BGN expansion pack.  It happens to
be one of my favorite ovals since it tends to lend itself to gearing that
requires shifting.
