Here is what a normal Indycar track folder should contain:

1   .dat file
4   .stg setup files
2   .txt file for records and informations
1   .st1 file for a original stg backup
9   .lp files for the AI

========

Here is what a normal Nascar2 track folder should contain:

1    .dat file
10  .lp files for the AI
8    .pcx files for track graphics  (may be less or more, depending on many
factors)
3    .st1 files for original stb backup
4    .stg setup files
2    .txt fukes for records and informations

Hmm I know much of them, but check out http://sim***world.simplenet.com/
and go to the track editing webpage.

N2 tracks will usually have event.pcx files in their folder
