You need a copy of PKUNZIP to do it, there are a few sites around to
get it, it on a lot of cover disks and CD Roms.

If you can't get a copy and can read UU-Encoded files, I'll e-mail you
a copy.

Yes.

Make a subdirectory of ICR2 called NCAR_ICR and put all the
unzipped files into it.
When you run the program from this directory it asks where your
ICR and Nascar directories are and then goes into the menu.

Oh and if it asks questions like "Overwrite XYZ?" say "Yes".

No problemo!

nascar to icr2 tracks util : how do i install?

by Richard Clear » Tue, 23 Jan 1996 04:00:00

I recently downloaded the utilities program from The Pits that allows
use of NASCAR tracks in ICR2. Being a newbie, I have no idea how to get
this program going. As you probably know, this is a .zip file.
Currently I have it stored in 2 locations:
1.As a freestanding file on C:
2.In the tracks directory of ICR2

Questions:
How do I unzip this file?
Once unzipped, is there a README textfile to assist with running this
utility?
What directory (if any) should this file be located in?

ICR2 is a great game and I would really like to drive an Indycar at
Talledega et al. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. In
exchange for your help I would be more than happy to send you a copy of
this utility.
